Before You Reach Out
To help us help you faster, here are a few things that can speed up the process:
For technical issues: Let us know what device you're using (iPhone, Android, desktop), what browser if on web, and describe what you expected to happen vs. what actually happened. Screenshots help a lot.
For account questions: If you're asking about a specific Instagram profile analysis, include the username you were trying to analyze.
For billing or subscription questions: Include the email address associated with your account so we can look you up quickly.
What We Can Help With
Pretty much anything related to FollowerTracker.app:
- Questions about how our follower tracking works
- Technical issues with the web tool or mobile app
- Feature requests (we actually listen to these)
- Billing and subscription questions
- Privacy concerns or data requests

What We Can't Help With
To set expectations right:
- Instagram account recovery (that's Instagram's support team)
- Getting unbanned from Instagram (same as above)
- Analyzing private profiles (we can only see public data)
- Individual user's follower lists (we don't store this data)
